Breast cancer is a battle that has touched the lives of countless individuals and their loved ones. Like many of you, I have witnessed the pain and uncertainty that comes with this journey. To this day, I vividly remember sitting in hospital rooms, holding my best friend's hand, as we navigated through her breast cancer treatment at MD Anderson in Houston. It's a feeling of fear and helplessness that is hard to put into words…

In the ever-changing rhythm of life, we all wrestle with competing priorities. Dance has been my outlet for stress relief, increased mobility, and improved cognitive function. It's a passion that I have dabbled in over the years. When the opportunity to participate in Dancing with Chicago Celebrities came up, I knew I had to jump in! This is an extraordinary 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to raising funds for Breast Cancer Research and providing mammograms for early diagnosis to women in need. For the past 18 years, they have raised over 4 million dollars, funding cutting-edge trials right here in Chicago.

So here I am, in the midst of tax season, dedicating my time and energy to raise awareness and represent Crowe at this meaningful event. Mark your calendars for March 8, 2024, as this year's event will be at the magnificent Navy Pier Grand Ballroom. The highlight of the evening is a dance competition, where local stars and business professionals unite to showcase their hard work on the dance floor, fearlessly stepping out of their comfort zones.
